To instruct us please use the form below and a HCEO Support Officer will be in touch to start work on your case. We will require copies of all court paperwork. Please ensure you check our terms before completing the contact form.
By instructing us you consent to a supervised Paralegal completing the N293A (and any other relevant) forms on your behalf as required, based on the details disclosed to us during the instruction process. You also consent to one of our chosen lawyer partners making contact with you and having oversight of the Transfer Up process as required.
1. For most Writs of Control the amount payable to us is the court fee plus the abortive fee.
2. We will provide a quotation for all Writs of Possession and all other matters in advance of any work.
We aim for one of our Support Officers to be in touch with you within 48 working hours, at most.
